Ocean Freight |
CKF operates export ocean freight services through a
primary Gateway in Manchester with a secondary one at London Heathrow
(Feltham). These gateways provide weekly, scheduled consolidation services
to North America, Middle East and Far East. We have multiple receiving
depots, regionally located, that receive cargo on a continuous basis.
These services are operated under our NVOCC
service – SeaBox.
In addition we provide FCL and Ro-Ro services to many destinations worldwide
and specialize in providing part and full load charter services.
We operate an inbound gateway for the customs clearance, handling and
delivery of ocean cargo through Felixstowe who also control movements
through Tilbury, Thamesport, Liverpool and Southampton. They also act
as a Port Agent for a major shipping line. In addition each of our regional
offices, provide full customs clearance and delivery services.
Most of our locations operate ERTS and Customs warehouse regimes as with
airfreight, and work closely with our in house team – Charles Kendall
Logistics, to provide value added services. We provide a complete delivery
service from express van deliveries to movement of outsize consignments.

an International Trade Compliance service where we audit existing
procedures and highlight areas for cost savings as well as business
risk. This is done in conjunction with our in house team of experts
in Customs and International Trade matters. |
